Please also note that the shop may close earlier without notice on days of rain. We recommend you ring us on (02)9477 5277 before arriving on rainy days. No answering on rainy days means that shop is not open.

 Customer Parking

We have more than 20 reserved (marked with RESERVED) parking spaces available for exclusive use by our customers. Customers are invited to park their vehicle in one of these spaces before one of our staff members collects the details of the order. Alternatively, please approach our PAY & PICKUP counter for friendly service.

Vehicle owners please note:

• Valuables should not be left in the vehicle.
• Emptying the glove box, door pockets and boot is a good idea for a more efficient clean.
• Removing the bonnet protector at home helps us clean the front of the car more thoroughly.
• In the case where stubborn marks on the vehicle’s paint cannot be removed, we recommend one of the upgraded services (for example, Super Buff Polish) to return your car to its original shine.
• All vehicles must be picked up before 5pm everyday.
